I Am Having Right Arm Pain And I Am Unable To Move My Right Arm

i am suffering from right arm pain due to which i m unable to move my right arm please suggest me some cure age-45, gender-female till now i have not gone through any treatment this is 1st time with me

1. right arm pain can be quite troublesome with people who are right handed as it effect their day to day routine.

2. if particularly at right site make sure Syringomyelia, Cubital tunnel syndrome and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome,Cervical Spondylitis are ruled out,any swelling,tingling or numbness in right hand?

3. it could be simple a muscle pull due to overstretching, ( were you involved in any playing activities requiring repetitive motion of hand)??

4. could be due to inflamed nerve due to inflammation, any H/o injury or fall or compression?

5. pain could also have resulted after lifting any heavy weight resulting in Tendonitis?

6. could be possible Frozen shoulder/Peri arthritis/

7. Acc. to study Women over the age of 35 are vulnerable to develop multiple bone disorder due to deficiency of calcium,iron and other nutrients,resulting in arm pain, so take a healthy diet.

8.simple massage with saindhavadi tail or vishgarbha tail is effective.

9. have an appointment with your Physician for further evaluation and management.

Hi

It could be a case of frozen shoulder. Homeopathy treatment helps a lot. The rounding exercise (i.e. stand infront of a wall raise you hand and touch the wall l with you palm and round it clockwise for 5 times in the beginning.) of hand will be helpful.

Dear santosh ji
The pain in arm can be attributed to various reasons including C.Spondylitis. Is there any vertigo also present , what about hypertension. If all else is fine then have tab. R compound and Tab. Triodashang guggul 2 each bd. avoid weight lifting washing of clothes or any such activity. have medicine with hot water.

Tab. Yograj Guggul 2 tabs twice a day
Tab. Godanti Vati 2 tabs twice a day
Tab. Tribhuvan Kirti 1 tab thrice a day
Also Warm Mahanarayan Oil should be used for massaging
