I am having an itchy and a bit painful skin rash that comes and goes without any particular trigger. I have not changed my diet or laundry soap. It is mostly on my torso and upper arms, though it can also be on my hands. It is bright red and not very raised. It goes away as mysteriously as it arrives. It is coming and going several times a day to varying degrees of severity.
