go for warm water gargles with pinch of salt in it for 4 times a day which is very important at the start of infection. take sinarest tablet for thrice daily. please dont take antibiotics wihtout doctors prescription they easily make you resistent. never in life the same antibiotic works if not taken completely I suggest you to stop that will not be helpful unless the infection stays longer than 3 to 4 dsya you follow as instructed for now strictly dont take outside food consume lot of water with thge tablets i prescribed you if the body pain dont get controlled you can go for IMOL twice a day

Continue the proper dose and time of medicine that you have started, dont leave it between. Do gargling with warm salt water 2-3 times a day. If still not getting better, take a ENT consultation for your problem.
