I Am Having A Sore Throat And Also Having Pain In Swallowing

Hi.I am 21 years old boy weighing 58kgs.I am having a sore throat for past week.it s paining and i am having pain in swallowing.i m really worried that i am getting small amounts of blood in my cough and from my right nose discharge.is it a very big problem? I had this problem before.i don t smoke now a days.but was quite a smoker some six months ago but quit fearing damage.

Is there any weight loss within few months? or Shortness of breath?or Fever?
Correct diagnosis -finding the cause and treatment accordingly will help.It will require some tests.
Consult your Doctor for that.

yes my doctor has given tests....i have to do it....actually i was having measles from february 26 and took some time to recover....thereafter my eating had been not proper and i lost some 5-6 kilos weight..

Hi,
Do you have any chronic ENT problem? Do you have any lower respiratory tract infection? Kindly go for blood& Xray studies. (? you this might be Acute pharyngitis -you dont have to worry ,go for throat swab culture & sen test & further treatment.
