I am feeling tired quickly

Hello dr. i am kuldeep age 20 years and i am feeling and i am unfit becoz of following points i observed:- 1.i get tired quickly during physical work like playing cricket. 2.while making sex with my partner i cannot satisfy her and get over within 2 min. 3.i cannot concentrate in my work. 4. my weight is 50 kg for last 4 year.
