I am extremely constipated, when i make a bm it's a 30 to 45 minute excursion. My anus swells so big it takes me lying down for at least 20 minutes afterwards before going back to normal. My perineum and inside my vagina swell during the bm and i can push on the inside wall and feel the feces like playdough through the wall, doing so doesn't hurt. Now asides from the constipation, bloating, swelling and blood from internal hemorrhoids and my anus ripping, my stool comes out like it was squeezed from a flat tube not my engorged colon and buttox. My mother has ibs, sister has chrones, first cousin had colon cancer, I've had a colonoscopy and all i have is internal hemorrhoids from being constipated so much. I did have my gallbladder removed last year and cannot flatulate as easily or as frequently as normal people.
