can help.They only help till you take then,once you are back to routine you will gain all the lost weight .Please have a proper diet planning which you can follow on regular basis.Have more fruits and salads in your diet,avoid cheese,cold
drinks,any form of snacks or junk food etc.Do regular exercise for about 30 minutes a day.Weight loss
can not be achieved over night,you have to work hard.
