I Am Excessively Overweight. What Exercise And Diet A Doctor Would Advice ?
Hello Im 16 Female. I Am 5,6 And 238lbs So Im Big For My Age And Height. I ve Been Dieting For Ages Since I Was About 13/14 And It Hasnt Worked. On January 1st 2011 I Started A Diet Of 700 Calories And Then Burning It Off Or More By Dance In The Evening. I Lost 6lbs In 4 Days And Was Really Happy. I Stopped Beacause Of Travelling And Stuff. And Put It On :(. My Diet Is: Diet Coke Water CottageCheese Ham Pitta Bread I m Thinking Of Going On A Diet Of 300 Calories A Day. How Much Weight Will I Lose? :) Charley x x
hi,thanks for query.Please understand that no crash diet can help.They only help till you take then,once you are back to routine you will gain all the lost weight .Please have a proper diet planning which you can follow on regular basis.Have more fruits and salads in your diet,avoid cheese,cold drinks,any form of snacks or junk food etc.Do regular exercise for about 30 minutes a day.Weight loss can not be achieved over night,you have to work hard.

Charley your diet of 700 Kcal is not enough, u need to have atleast 1500 Kcal per day even when your on diet. Important think is to do exercises regularly without break. see that you give one and half an hour for your exercise, may not be dancing you could do spot jogging for half an hour and brisk walk for another hour. If you go for dancing or gym then you need to continue regularly or else you would be double the weight when you stop. So, you need to reduce in healthy and scientific way. Eat wel and exercise wel then you wil stay healthy and energetic.
