I am burping up white foamy stuff that sometimes taste like acid, I can hear my stomach gurgleling and I get gassy too.

I am a 46yr. old female, I had heartburn three days ago that seems to have turned into a slight stomache nausea, with lots of little air burps and now I am burping up this white foamy stuff that sometimes taste like acid, I can hear my stomache gurgleling at times and I get gassy too. I have taken pepcid over the counter, and still burping, I started taking it three days ago when this started. please help. thank you.

Many a times due to over eating or stale food or fast food indigestion reults with symptoms of hyperacidity , nausea , gas, distensin with pain abdomen.. Be regular with your meals and have timely light diet and a strawl after dinner. Amongst herbs combination of carminative herbs as thyme dil cumin black salt pomegranate seeds help cure nausea and gas and cure pain abdomen. have tomato soup.

thanks for choosing health care magic.This is acid peptic disease.In most of the cases the acid present in stomach comes back in food pipe due to faulty valve and you get heart burn and this kind or problems.Medicines are fine but you need to do lots of dietary adjustments.Take light diet, avoid cold drinks,spicy and fermented foods.Take small quantity of meals at a time and take it on regular intervals in day.Avoid sleeping for at least 2 hours after meals.Try to loose weight if you are over weight.Please see a doctor for further guidance and treatment.
