I Am Always Tired And No Energy, I Am Worried
Hi I m 25 I exercise regularly take vitamins eveyday, and eat very healthy yet I am always tired and no energy. Lately it has been interfering with.my workout routine. I have no idea what is wrong with me and I am getting worried please help! I am also short of breath quite often.

Hi iam 37 yrs old today i got report of my cholesterol as prescribed by my Dr.I got total cholesterol which is 252..Thats too much high.Dr Advise me medicine ,excerice and diet.I wana know how can i get that either cholestrol has effected my blood artries or no.Is there any test or not?My weight is 70kg

You need to get a complete health check up done with various investigations to confirm that you are perfectly healthy.
High blood pressure, Low blood pressure, Thyroid hormone imbalance, low blood haemoglobin level, diabetes are some of the disease conditions which may present as tiredness and lack of energy to do any thing.
If all the investigations are within normal limits, then you need to change your attitude towards life and be more optimistic rather than seeing the darker side of life.
