hello
consumption of alcohol along with tobbaco chewing is high risk factor for malignant lesions, so avoid these
as far as your cavity is concerned, pay a visit to your local dentist and get a radiogarph done ,if the caries has not reached pulp then get it filled
if it has reached pulp than get a root canal done
hope this helps

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

Chewing of tobacco causes many health hazards so i would advise you to stop the habit.
Visit to the Dentist and get thorough clinical checkup done.
Take an x-ray of the tooth and get the tooth restored.
If required go for biopsy of the patches.
Start taking multivitamin tablets.
Maintain a good oral hygiene.
Use antiseptic mouthwash gargles twice daily.

Hope this helps out.

Hello there,

Thanks for your query.

Regular use of tobacco and alcohol is very harmful for dental helth.

It can lead to so many serious problems like leuckoplaia, oral submucous fibrosis,al canceroretc....

So i would suggest you leave these habits at the earliest and visit a dentist in your area and get the thorough clinical check up done.

For cavity get the tooth restored,if you have sensitivity or pain in the same tooth get an x-ray done and go for root canal treatment(if needed).

For white patches visit an oral surgeon and get the thorough clinical check up and biopsy done,to rule out the diagnosis.

Maintain good oral hygiene.

Hope this will be helpful.

take care.
