I Am A Woman 65yrs Old At This Time. This

I am a woman 65yrs old at this time. This was what was found on my MRI done in 2004. I was treated with physical therapy and pain meds which didn't help. They tried epidermal so which didn't work. Then in 2007 I was treated with radio frequency (which blocks the transmission to the brain telling you are in pain). My pain Dr. said if this didn't work he had two other options. Install a pain pump or surgery to help with the severe stenosis. I had the Radio Frequency procedure done in 2007 and along with meds it has been better. 2016 my back pain has came back. Should I have this procedure again and should I have another MRI to see if my back has gotten worse?
Here was results of the MRI done in 2004
L4-5: There is loss of disc signal with moderate loss of disc height. There is broad annular disc bulge with peripheral spurring, asymmetric dorsolareral to the right. There are prominent bilateral hypertrophic degenerate facet changes with dorsal ligamentous thickening. There is degenerative grade 1 spondylolisthesis. There is severe stenosis of the canal. There is mild bilateral stenosis greater on the right.
L5-S1: loss of disc signal with prominent loss of disc height. There is intradiscal vacuum cleft. There is broad disc bulge with peripheral spurring. Mild to moderate bilateral degenerative facet changes. Mild bilateral foraminal stenosis
Conclusion:
1)Degenerative changes at L4-5, resulting in severe canal stenosis and mild bilateral foraminal stenosis.
2)Prominent degenerative changes at L5-S1 resulting in mild bilateral foraminal stenosis.
3) Mild degenerative changes at T11-12, with no significant stenosis.

I do not understand what these results actually mean. Please help me understand. Should I request a new MRI to see if there have been any changes before going forward on a treatment?

Thank you
