I Am A White Female 51yrs Old. I Was Diagnosed

I am a white female 51yrs old. I was diagnosed with stage I breast cancer last June. I had a double masectomy with a flap reconstruction in August 2015. I recently fell off my bike injuring my ribs, and had an xray done. I was told there is a nodule on my lungs and am being recommended for a CT WOC. Do I have a greater risk for this to be cancer since I had it before?
