I am a male 43. My left breast is swollen and sore. No discharge. It feels like there is some soft something in there that hurts when it is touch. It hurts at night if I roll over on my chest. I have noticed a few weeks ago. I was hoping it would just go away. I have tried to look it up on line and there is a lot of different things out there. I am thinking I may need to go see a dr.
