I Am A Female Of 22 Years Old And, Since

I am a female of 22 years old and, since I'm asking a health question I thought I should include that I have AntiphosPholipid Antibody syndrome, had 3 strokes because
of that, and open heart surgery at age 19.
Yesterday I had rough sex with a man with a penis that was a bit too large and I am really small in there. The morning afterwards I was experiencing excruciating pain urinating then as time has gone by the pain gets worse. I looked at it yesterday and noticed some skin had been rubbed off from intercourse on the area of vagina near the entrance. I assumed that's what the issue was so I cleaned it every hour, (how painful it was) and sat weird so it wouldn't hurt. When i had to pee or laugh id occasionally have a small leak. I looked a little while ago after looking again with a mirror this time as I cannot see correctly as I have large breasts. I spread open my lips and all the parts to expose the entrance and noticed there was mucus looking stuff that hung around the entrance. I got more curious and opened the opening a bit more, and noticed something under the urethra that looks like its coming out of my vagina. Could it be cystocele? Knowing as much there is to know so far about APS, it can attack some internal organs including female reproductive organs. cause of it or you do think my APS couls have been a main cause or just the sex?
