I Am A 61 Year Old Male And In 2014

I am a 61 year old male and in 2014 survived group c bacterial spinal meningitis after a long drawn out group effort. Since then unless I take 1,000 mg aspirin at night(tried Less but to no avail and 325mg in morning I have chronic limb fatigue and being a farrier .(Shoe horses) My doctors are distraught but say to just keep up my present regime as I am also on prescription Prilosect (have been for several years) for acid reflux and .they feel that will handle issues created by this aspirin use. Question #1. Should I worry about present aspirin regime? Question #2. Should we consider that MS may have been triggered by my meningitis in 2014 and if so...what should be our next move about the fatigue issue?
