I am a 55yr old female normally healthy and weight is 108lb, I am trying to stop drinking alcohol however I after several months of abstinence I had a binge on Monday evening, I still have an upset stomach and anxiety which I have been taking 5ml of diazepam, I feel anxious because I don't feel well is there anything you can suggest I take and is this normal? I have been drinking lots of water..thank you
