I Am A 45 Yr Old Female. No Medications. I

I am a 45 yr old female. No medications. I woke up 3 days ago with low left jaw discomfort. It feels numb, but when I open it also causes some discomfort. I can eat and it doesn't really interfere with my day. It hasn't gotten worse, but is still there. Yesterday, my left arm in the upper bicep started feeling like a dull pain. Again, it isn't preventing me from doing anything but kind of weird. This morning after I ate breakfast, I felt like I have slight heartburn. I don't get heartburn (last time was when pregnant 9 years ago). I have some lower back pain on the left side too (but I do have an old injury so chalked that up to the yoga stressing that). I took a yoga class on Saturday so I did feel achy after that the next day, but this is four days now since that (and it would not explain the jaw/heartburn). I can do everything throughout my day, but a bit concerned about all of these symptoms together. Thank you.
