I Am A 42 Yr Old White Male. Healthy And

I am a 42 yr old white male. Healthy and athletic my whole life. Consistent adult stats: Ht: 6'0, Wt. 150-175 (lean muscular). Tennis, martial arts, gym exercise, and general active lifestyle. Healthy diet in general.

A spontaneous A-Fib occurred for the first time (that I'm aware of) in Oct 2011. It happened when I had a high heart rate from exercise and I took a good few seconds gulping some water. I immediately was in A-Fib. I spontaneously converted to sinus rhythm 14 hrs later at the hospital.
Oct 2014, it happened for the second time. I was swimming in the ocean and caught under a wave. I once again had a high heart rate from the swimming but I had to hold my breath under water to not drown. When I came up, I was immediately in A-Fib. The hospital cardioverted me exactly 48 hrs later after arrhthmia correcting drugs did not work.
March, 2016 I underwent a heart cath and went into A-Fib during the procedure and was cardioverted within 2 hrs.
August, 2016 I once again had a high heart rate and drank a few big gulps of water and went into A-Fib.
Oct 7, 2016 is the first time I went into A-Fib without the trigger of a high heart rate and breath holding combination. It happened working at my computer in a very calm environment. This time, I converted back to sinus rhythm within 15 seconds, but immediately my BPM jumped from about 60 to 170. It would not come down no matter what. I eventually ended up in the hospital and it came back down to low 100's about 30 minutes later.

24/7 symptoms since July 2015 are: Shortness of breath (sedentary or active), heat intolerance, standing intolerance, can't make sudden movements, can't jump/run/jog, physical awareness of heartbeat all of the time, can't sleep on my left side, can't go upside down or tilted at a degree less than horizontal, I can't suddenly laugh or talk loud/yell, cardiovascular output is nearly gone, I feel like I am going to go into an arrhythmia at any time.

2 week heart monitor showed automatic triggers of 2nd degree heart block, nonconducted P waves, brachycardia and tachycardia changes.

TEE, Cardiac MRI, Stress Echo, etc show Mitral Valve Prolapse w/ Regurgitation as well as Aortic Insufficiency w/ Regurg.

I have a Calcium Score of 79.

I have plumbing problems and electro problems. 6 top notch cardiologists, 5 Electrophysiologists, 1 Cardiac/Thoracic Surgeon... all cannot figure out what is causing what.

The shortness of breath symptoms started acutely during an exercise session over a year ago and have stayed everyday since. It's almost like I had a tire blowout or something (but my heart).

I need help. I cannot live like a 90 yr old person when just a year ago I was playing high level singles tennis in the heat with no problem, lifting weights, and pursuing my wonderful passions in life. I can do none of them now. My wife has had thoughts that I may not be faithful because of my fear and reluctance to get my heart rate up or emotional response.

I have not family members paternal or maternal in 100 years that has had a heart surgery or died of a heart issue. No one in my immediate family is as "healthy" as I am (generally speaking), yet I have deteriorated to being literally handicapped. It's embarassing that my 118 pound lady has to carry in the groceries. I can't even drive my car in 80 degrees without air conditioning or my heart rate will skyrocket, my breath be gone, and possibly go into A-Fib.

I have never drank alcohol in my life. Never smoked. Never used any kind of drugs (recreational or performance). I don't even drink caffeine.

Thank you for reading. Blessed be.
