I Am A 30 Year Old Female Who Had, 2

I am a 30 year old female who had, 2 surgeries to remove both of my ovaries. July 2015, I had a 6.4cm cyst on my left ovary, in which it had to be removed. I had blood pooling in which the doctors did not know from what. Small areas of endometriosis was found on my uterus. A small cyst was found on my right, in which they drained. November of 2015, I started with the same feeling of my back was hurting again, and the feeling of something hurting in my abdomen. I ended up with 10 small cysts on my right ovary and elected to remove it. They did not remove my uterus. I have been on estrogen patches, .1mg twice weekly, and progesterone pills. The pills caused me to be "fuzzy" and acted as a muscle relaxer. I was on and off of them from April to October 2016. I started a non herbal progesterone pill about 2 weeks ago and I just received my period. I don't know how this can be since I do not have ovaries, and have not had a period for about 5 years, I was on the Merina IUD within those 5 years. Back pain, cramping, feeling of bloating and fullness are accompanied with the period. The doctor said to wait it out and to take 2 pills at a time. I am just looking for some sort of opinion. I have never gone through this before and it seems like I am not getting anywhere.
