I Am A 19 Year Old Female Who Decided To

I am a 19 year old female who decided to stop taking birth control pills about a year ago. I was only on them for 2 years. Ever since I've been off of them, my period has been very off. I've missed the majority of my periods since then, only having maybe 4 or so. I'll skip 2 or 3 months in between. This is not normal for me considering before and while taking birth control, my period were regular and I never missed one. This morning, after not having my period for going on 2 months, I woke up to spotting and cramps. But I have not bled anymore since. Also, there is no way I can be pregnant. Do I need to be concerned? Or is my body still getting used to me not taking birth control anymore?
