I Am 62 Year Old Female Training For A Walking

I am 62 year old female training for a walking half marathon. This is my fifth attempt, so I'm familiar with the regimen. But I am having server joint pain in the last week or so. I usually recover well from the longer walks after 1 day. I walked 7 miles on Saturday and still have knee, hip and ankle soreness even today.; Even my wrists hurt when moved. When I am seated or laying down, nothing hurts, but as soon as I attempt to stand up, all the joints are screaming until I've managed to take 5-6 steps. Stairs are a challenge. I've tried taking OTC pain relief (Tylenol and Advil) and Aspercreme to alleviate the discomfort, but this week it doesn't seem to be working. Suggestions?
