Dear Nikitha,

Reduce your sunexposure and use a good sunscreen ( SPF more than 15) to reduce darkspots.Wrinkles may also improve with reduction in sunexposure.
For pimples it is a must to cleanse your face daily at least 3 times/day.. You may use any of the good commercially available cleansers (neutrogena, lakme etc).. The creams to be used for acne treatment will vary as per the disease activity
