I WANT TO GO ON DIETING,SUGGEST ME THE DAILY FOOD AND EXERCISE.

I AM 34 YRS LAST YEAR I HAVE A BABY FORM OPERATION NOW I PUT ON WEIGHT FROM 59 TO 80KG ,I WANT TO GO ON DIETING PLEASE SUGGEST ME THE DAILY FOOD AND EXERCISE

Hi Dear,
As far as the diet plan is concerned increase the frequency of meals, go for protein intake , reduce the sweetened food and aerated drinks, drink enough water to keep yourself hydrated. Daily exercise is must atleast 45mins brisk walking.

Your diet should be good & healthy;eat small meals at a time ;take fruits in between ;& salad 1/2 hour before meals .this will act as filler .Don't starve yourself ;if you do it after you leave dieting you will gain more weight .Remember weight is not what you eat but it is more what excess you do not burn because of lack of exercise .so eat healthy and food that has less calories & exercise more you will gradually loose weight.

Diet and exercise is one thing which needs a strong will to follow on a regular basis.Anyways a diet low in carbohydrate like the one rich in fibre especially salads, fruits, oats etc help in a good way to fill the bulk and reducing hunger. But diet should be balanced containing atleast 50% CHO, 25% fat and 25% protein which is essentially required. Just see to it that your diet should atleast be 1800 to 2000 cal/per day or else you may start feeling weak. For exercise you can start with brisk walking and move to jogging, cycling because if you start jogging at this stage you may sustain injuries, weight training may also help to bring tonning to the body.Hope this helps you.Take care and regards.
