I Use to have olmesar M 50 twice a day, the tablet use to come out in stool, only the coating use to go off in stool where as the tablet shape use to be intact and if i take the table out from stool and press it, it use to be exactly like wax. I complaint the same to my doctor, my BP also was high. Doctor then suggested to have cilacar 10 mg only night and Met XL 50 both morning and night. Now i see that in stool i still see the met xl 50 coming out as it used to be in olmesar M.

Please suggest.. I take tablets only from standard shops with bill.

I tried dissolving both Olmesar M 50 & Met XL 50 seperately, but the tablets loose the coating but never gets dissolved, it remains to be waxy substance even after 3 - 4 days in water. I tried buying medicines from different shops like medplus, apolo etc..

KINDLY HELP
