I OD'd 5 days ago and my friend performed CPR on me. My chest was in extreme pain the day after the incident but even now it still hurts when I move certain ways/laugh. How long is this going to last? I start a new job on Monday and I'm worried that it's going to affect my performance. What do you recommend to speed up the healing process? I might just have to get some painkillers until the majority of the pain subsides
