I Have PCOD, Does Benforce M Help Reduce Weight?

Hi, i am chaya and m 30yrs old. I have been suffering from PCOD for the last 2yrs and after all check up and hormonal tests my doc said that my problem is purely due to weight gain. I have been suggested to take Benforce M for 6 months. Is it true tht this med will help me shed my extra pounds?

Hi thank you for posting your query in HCM. I had gone through your question. I understand your concerns. Yes BENFORMIN MS is used in treating POLY CYSTIC OVARIAN DISEASE. this drug also helps in reducing the levels of LDL CHOLESTEROL and TRIGLYCERIDES.
I wolud advise you to follow these instructions to shed few pounds.
Have a healthy and balanced diet that should include more servings of fruits and vegetables. Plenty of water, minimum 3litres per day.avoid white rice, sugar, fast foods, deep fried foods, junk foods, soft drinks, alcohol, chocolates, ice creams.
Get regular physical exercises mainly aerobic exercises like swimming , brisk walking, running, for 45min per day and 6 times a week
Add strength training to it 4 times a week.
Its takes little long time to lose weight , do not give it up till you lose your weight.
