Hello
Welcome to healthcare magic.Your high blood pressure with sleeplessness speaks for the fact that you are under stress. Try dealing with. Encourage more of stress busters in your daily life like, music swimming, long drives. Whichever suits you.Try starting your day with yoga, which is very healthy and almost no side effects. Can try with pranayams, but ofcourse after having consulted with your cardiologist and with a proper yoga trainer.

Hi gretingss from health care magic
you have high blood pressure . insomnia could be the cause of high blood pressure or vice versa. besides that you are constantly dwelling on that mater how to get sleep. over crowdedness of though also another cause. you can adopt few things from today onwards.
1) start meditation practice for minimum 10 minutes daily
2) if you are taking any cofe or tea or any sort of stimulant avoid those.
3) take light diet only fruits and vegetables at your diner.
4) take few homeopathy medicines it will help. passiflora-Q - 40 drops at bed time, Kali phos - 200X 5 tablets TD, Sweet Chestnut (bach flower remedies) - 15 drops TD . all medicines are available in online pharmacy. if you would like can ask i will give you the link.
5) one non medical advise- count down 1 to 100 then 100 to 1 in your mind after lying on the bed
