Huge Under Eye Swelling, Red Patches Appeared In Inner Corner Of Eyes, Skin Irritation. Due To Allergy?

Hi, 5 months ago at the end of february I woke up with huge swelling under my eyes. I called my optometrist and she said it was probably due to the new moisturizing cream I was using and said to put cold compresses and that the swelling would go away in no time. Right then I stopped using the cream and haven,t used it since. Was told by my opto that I could used glaxol cream which I did now and then with some hesitation. The compresses weren,t working (was doing them 2 or 3 times a day) so I went to emerge at beginning of march and was given zaditor drops. Got checked by my opto on april 2nd and said I had no allergies of any kind and that zaditor wasn,t needed. By then I was still doing the cold compresses and the swelling had went down a bit by april 6 th :). Around april 23 rd a bunch of overactive sebum glands and open pores and a bit of red patches appeared in inner corner of eyes on the flesh. Went back to emmerg only to be told by a different doctor that there was nothing wrong with the skin and that the swelling was due to wearing glasses to watch tv. Asked to be referred to a dermatologist. Went to see my opto again on may 2nd and she said that my eyes were fine except a little dry. Saw the dermatologist on may 3rd, he confirmed to me that the swelling was the dammage caused by an allergic reaction to most likely the new moisturizing cream or maby systane for dry eyes or eye wipes for a bacteria on my lashes prescribed by my optometrist. I had stopped using the drops and wipes when the iritation on my skin appeared in middle of april and also stopped the cold compresses to. The dermatologist also said that all of what happened on the skin was due to the fact that the swelling stayed swollen for too long. On his report he said there was no sign of infection or allergie. He said not to use any of the above products anymore and no more cold compresses. He gave me elidel cream which helped a bit to heal some of the skin irritation. Went for a follow up on july 10th to be told he couln,t help me anymore and to go get the swelling evaluated by a cosmetic surgeon and for as long as the swelling is there he said that the pores will keep on dilating maybe a lot or maybe not. Now they,re dilating on the swelling and the pores are a bit swollen and red around and it takes like a month for them to heal leaving a little scar of some kind. I,m thinking that I might have a bacteria, I just don,t know anymore. I,m quite confused about the whole thing. I want to use cold compresses again thinking it might help with the swelling but I was told not to so I,m hesitating. Is there a solution to my problem. Sorry but I don,t have a credit card or any spare money :(...I was hoping it would be free for once. I raised my boys as a single Mom for 20 years, I gave it all to them with no regrets (they became fine young men:) and they made my world!! I guess I will have to rely on God like always!
