How Treat A Nasal Infection Causing Itching And Burning Sensation On Its Tip?
nasal dns since 4 days infection in the left nostril mild rash at base of nose-upper lip,, and on nose itching and mild burning sensation when in contact with water skin has roughened discharge from left nostril applied soframycin neospirin no effect about 4 years back applied sofradex and was effective trust this is free service if any ANY fees are involved pl specify and only if I agree answer the query since I am not having any funds at all.

I have gone through your query for repeated nasal infection with burning pain at the tip of nose and nasal discharge from left nose.
Considering all aspect of your clinical history it appears as there is some other pathology in the nose like- Deviated nasal septum, Polyps, Sinusitis etc causing repeated infection resulting in nasal crusting and pain.
To get permanent relief you should consult ENT doctor for thorough examination and accordingly treatment may be plan. Till you are waiting for specialist you may take-
1- Steam inhalation.
2- Tab Paracetamol.
3- Anti histaminic.
4- Cream having antibiotic + steroid should be applied at nostrils.
