How To Withdraw From Tranquilizers?
Hello I am a 63 year old female that has dealt with a life Tim e of anxiety panic... When I was younger I was aced on tranquilizers to calm down thoughts. My most nd moves really fast. It has been n a gift and difficult. I started browsing as he and found myself nodding yes too many times. If I am adhering would medication help? Can I stop tranquilizers if arid med is right for me Thanks
