How To Withdraw From Ramipril And Metformin?

I am choosing to go off all medications. I am on ramipril as an ace inhibitor with metformin. The bottle says to Not suddenly stop. What s the best way to ween off? I would ask my Dr but it s taken 6 weeks for today s appt. I didn t have the 2 hrs to wait that he was behind and next appt date is 6 weeks out. He is too busy for me
