How To Wean Off Marijuana Immidiately Without Causing Side Effects Before Conceiving?

Me and my partner have just started trying for a baby, i am a marijuana smoker and have been for nearly 6 years everyday. I really feel it s important to give up before I fall pregnant. I feel like I will fail my child by smoking constant through pregnancy I am not a cigarette smoker but I am worried that if I quit all of a sudden it could cause more damage than good to my baby. What s your best advice? Thanks Emma

Hi, I had gone through your query and understand your concerns.
As you are a regular smoker, reduce your consumption over a couple of stages in 6-8 weeks.
Be determined and proud for stopping it.
keep your self engaged in busy work. Talk to friends and family members and take their support.
Wishing you a healthy start again. Thank you
