How To Treat White Tongue?

Hi on december , i had nauseas and fever and indigestion after a week i startedto have white tongue dr said that it could de due to gastrits issues im not having any longer issues just the white tongue specially coating on the back what could this issue be ?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your question, the white coating could be because of the food debris due to improper tongue cleaning, or fungal infection or lichen planus...consult a oral physician to rule out the above said conditions... following thorough tongue brushing...i hope my answer will help you..take care..
