For viral infection your mother has to take some antibiotic like cefadroxyl or cefixime or as already prescribed by your doctor along with nimeson-p or akilos-p for trembling and fatigue with omez or rantac empty stomach. It will take at-least 5-7 days to recover from the infection so don't worry much.
