Hello Arifa. I am Dr Rishi a Surgeon from New Delhi.
I believe you are suffering from anemia and varicose veins. Most of your other symptoms appear to be related to the anemia and you would definitely require treatment for the anemia. But first, you should get a blood test done to know your exact Hb% and a Peripheral blood smear to know your type of anemia and then that can be managed. Hearing your background, it would probably be iron deficiency and you will require long term iron supplements which are nowadays available freely at Govt Hospitals. If not, you can take Cap Autrin twice a day alongwith Tab Pyridoxine once a day for 3 to months. As far as your varicose veins are concerned, if they are not troubling you with bleeding, pain or ulcers then you can treat them by wearing Compression stockings. But, if you feel they are very problematic then you can undergo Laser or open surgery, preferably by a Vascular Surgeon and it is not a big surgery to be worried about. Let me know if any other query.
Take care.
