How To Treat Varicose Veins?
how can i help my vericose veins and not make them worse i have one leg and ankle and foot swelling on my left more than right . had a job working 10 hrs a day standing on concrete never sitting now in the last month changed jobs and now sit 12 hrs. with quite a bit up and down but ive been propping my leg up thinking it would help...just wanted a few more pointers on what i can do.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is varicose vein then it can be surgical condition but for time being it can be managed with crab tight bandage and avoid standing for long time, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
