Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

If a person comes to my clinic with urticaria, I would prescribe antihistaminic tablets like fexofenadine 180 mg to be taken daily at night continuously for 3 weeks. If improvement doesn't occur the I would change the antihistaminic tablet or would increase the dose.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
