Hi,

From the information you are providing, it seems that homeopathic medicines are not acting strong enough to eliminate the urinary infection completely.

For example, lets say that your child had 5 million bacteria in urinary tract about 4 month ago. So he was suffering from fever, probably chills and blood or pus in urine. After you started the medicines, due to medicines or due to his own immunity, the bacteria decreased to 2 million counts. Because of this reduction in the bacterial strength, the symptoms dissolved and fever also disappeared, but infection is still there, because bacteria are still there. Without stronger medicine, these bacteria may stay there or they become stronger than medicines and increase in number. This may be the reason your child is symptom free but urine report shows 20 to 25 pus cells.

According to me, your kid needs antibiotic course. Children are given dosage according to their age and weight. Here weight of the child is not mentioned. So I would suggest that you visit a pediatrician or physician and get some antibiotics prescribed for him. In the mean time, giving him plenty of fluids can help in resolving infection.

I hope this information helps. Thank you for choosing HealthCareMagic. I hope your son gets well soon.

Best,

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, urinary tract infection in male is very less likely and the symptoms could be due to something else I would advise to get done the culture sensitivity of urine, and differential diagnosis need to be taken into consideration hope this information helps.
