Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The aches in the triceps can be a nerve related issue. The inability to grip anything is due to nerve compression. Decompression of nerve is needed to restore the functions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
