Hello
Welcome to HCM
As your lipid levels are decreased, your doctor has decreased the dose of atorvastatin to 5mg.With this dosage your side effects like fatigue and tiredness will come down.
But don't stop the drug without doctors consultation. The lipid levels may increase again.
Hope you are happy with the answer.
Thank you
