I've had 2 accidents in the last 2 days unfortunately.
Yesterday imfellmon the ice and hit my elbow to prevent from hitting my head. I t really hurt when it happened and felt tender to touch but not much other then that. Today, I fell ice skating and landed on my wrist ( of the same arm as my elbow from yesterday). I now notice my elbow is red and bait swollen. When I put my elbow down it's sensitive. I also have some tingling and numbness in the last three fingers. When I fell ice skating I also hit my face. My right cheek and right side of my chin are red and slightly scraped. I have to admit I felt kind of foggy afterward. No loss of consciousness. No headache until now. Just very mild though. What do you think? I'm a mess!!L lol
