My 2 year old has a red blotchy rash that started on his torso but has spread rapidly to his back arms legs hands feet now face and neck. This morning his eyes were swollen and with red blotches? He has an awful chesty cough and cold, and is somewhat miserable

Hi,

It may be urticaria. Consult the dermatologist immediately. I would recommend to give Fexofenadine daily for few weeks. Avoid the contact with suspected allergens an avoid cow milk and its products. Avoid chicken, eggs, prawns, nuts etc.
