How To Treat The Pimple In Penis Caused Due To Cellulite?
I sat down on the toilet today and, as my pants were down, noticed a yellow bump on my penis. I rubbed it and found that it wiped off. The substance is comparable to what's in a pimple, but yellow rather than white. When I felt around, more and more started coming out of the same place.
I have, since childhood, had this circular bump in the skin around the head of my penis. It's really hard and I always figured it was some sort of cellulite... well it was from here that this yellow ooze was coming. This became like popping a zit, and soon all the gunk was out. After a little more feeling around, the hard object I've always known popped out. It was a little smaller than an apple seed and flesh-toned, and very smooth.
Now I have a red (from irritation) hole in the skin around the head of my penis, and I'm very concerned as to what just happened. I don't know why I haven't ever investigated what this was, it just seemed normal.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Sebaceous Cyst since a long time which got infected now.
The penile skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.
Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.
Please consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and further treatment.
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
