How To Treat The Pain In The Tail Bone?

I am 34 years old, 230lbs. I have had four children. My last being a year ago. Ever since I had my last I have extreme tailbone pain especially when sitting for a long time. I cant sleep at night but I am really tired in the daytime. Also, I have not had periods consistently since my last pregnancy. I might have had 2 since giving birth (did not breast feed)
