How To Treat The Pain In The Chest After An Accident?
Hi my name is kristian and a week ago Sunday I totaled my car well I went to the hospital and they said everything was fine but my left side of my chest area hurts really bad still. It s not getting any better just worse to the point that I can t lay on my back. My question is could I have done serious damage to my left side of my back and the hospital not caught it cause they just X-Rayed my front not my back?

After going through your suffering, the chest pain following injury takes 3- 4 weeks time to resolve
And may be relieved by following measure along with the drugs like ibuprofen-
1. Avoiding unnecessary exercise or activities that make the symptoms worse; avoid contact sports until there is improvement in symptoms, and then return to normal activities only as tolerated.
2. Rib belt along with hot water fomentation helps.
X ray are done like this only,nothing wrong with it.
