Hi

Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin which means that excess vitamin will be eliminated from the body through urine. It is very rare to get Vitamin B12 toxicity.Drink lot of water to flush out the excess vitamin from your body.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
