How To Treat The Itchy Rash Bumps On Wrist?

Hi, I just started to get a rash on my wrist then I got it on my other wrist and now it is going up my right arm and has stopped at my elbow. This morning I think it is starting to spread to my face. It is little hard bumps that only itch when I start touching them. Now the bumps have a little red around them but not major redness. The bumps are hard but nothing is oozing out. It started late last week. Anit Itch cream helps but Hydorcortisone seems to work better. What are your thoughts? Thanks.

Hi,

It seems that you may be having lichen urticatus, also called papular urticaria.
It is hypersensitive reaction to insects like mosquitoes, bed bug or some other. There may be papular eruptions with itching. Protect skin from insects. Take antihistaminics with steroid in tappering dose. Continue to apply steroid cream on affected areas. You may be alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
