I think that my 4 year old daughter is currently going through an episode of cyclic vomiting syndrome. This is the third time this has happened this year and seems to to be triggered when she does not eat dinner the night before. She has food allergies, as well, but they have under strict control for the past year with no reactions. Her father has a history of migraines which can be a cause according to the literature I have read. What do you recommend for treatment/prevention and do you know of any physicians in the Charlotte, NC area that can be of assistance to us? Thank you for any help you can provide. Myra Mason
