Hi,
Nerve damage due to trauma or fracture would take a long time to recover.
You will require active Physiotherapy to treat it.
Please consult a Physiotherapist who can teach you exercises for the same and see your GP for some Neurotropic drugs which might help.
But, in most cases it is a slow and protracted recovery, if at all.
All the best,
Take care,
Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
