How To Treat Swollen Dog Bite And Fever?

I have a dog bite on my index finger, it appears swollen with slight fever, and occurred last night. I immediately rinsed with peroxide, as there are two penetration spots. Should I consider going to the emergency room tonight, or wait until tomorrow for more signs of infection?

Hi,
It seems that you got infection on the site.
Wait till morning, nothing to worry.
Take one anti-inflammatory tablet stat.
You may require one course of antibiotic if your doctor thinks necessary.
Ok and take care.
